English speaking Telesales Agent

Job Description:

We are currently seeking talented and motivated English-speaking telesales agents to join our team. As a telesales agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to promote our services. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services

• Build rapport with clients and effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update our internal systems accordingly.

• Collaborate with the sales team to optimise sales strategies and achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Results-driven with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
