Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Northrn Cyprus, Kyrenia (Girne)
! No relocation.
We are only considering candidates who are already located in Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in managing various aspects of the HR function. Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct job evaluations and maintain a comprehensive job description library.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, providing guidance and resolutions.
- Promote a positive work culture by fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Assist in planning and executing special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational requirements.
- Create and administer employee benefits programs.
- Monitor compliance with working hours, vacation schedules, and labor discipline, develop and implement internal labor rules, and ensure their compliance.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as needed for decision-making.
- May assist with payroll functions, including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
Performance Management, Training, and Development:
- Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance-related issues.
- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Support employee development initiatives and career path planning.
Administrative Support:
- Implement and maintain office administrative procedures and systems.
- Act as the go-to point of contact for all internal and external communications; field emails and messages and manage correspondence as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Conversational English and Turkish is a must!
