Managing the Guesty Rental Calendar Management System, ensuring full integration with external websites at all times (training will be given)
Having a good working knowledge of the software system for integration with cleaning and maintenance services for rental purpose (training will be given)
Managing external website accounts and property rental listings
Photographing and listing new properties on websites
Compiling, managing and updating property inventories
Assisting with rental bookings and enquiries
Meeting & greeting rental guests
Carrying out Exit inspections and managing security deposits
Making sure rental payments are up to date
Booking car hire, airport transfers, taxis, activities etc, when required
Liaising with rental guests, dealing with enquiries and emergencies, including outside of working hours when called upon to do so, eg having Rentals phone on a rota basis out of office hours
Liaising with rental owners regarding their listings
Managing guest reviews on websites in a timely manner
Filing and keeping records up to date
Deputising for Rentals Manager when absent
People Attributes
Must have prior experience in customer service and have good customer facing skills. Must have requisite technical ability to work with software systems and website admin functions.
Must be able to work with own initiative and be proactive.
Provide cover for other team members as and when required.
Work to ensure professional and cooperative working relationships with colleagues in all departments across Joya Cyprus Tourism Ltd.
Participate fully in any team meetings, supervisions, and appraisals to maximize contribution to the work of Joya Cyprus Tourism Ltd.
