We are hiring sales manager for the Watch business department to drive growth, enhance profitability, and foster strong customer relationships within the watch industry.

Responsibilities include:

·        Formulating comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and expand our customer base

·        Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis to stay ahead of the curve.

·        Have in-depth knowledge about our watch products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

·        Cultivating strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to enhance brand loyalty, secure partnerships, and drive repeat business

·        Collaborating with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives that resonate with our target audience and drive sales.

·        Prioritizing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and implementing strategies to retain existing customers.

·        Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers

·        Daily communicate with customers - search for the needed requests

·        Coordinate delivery process along with the other departments

·        Source for new customers, maintain, and renew relationships with existing customers

Requirements

·        Good communication skills in German, English.
