Job Description:

As a commercial project manager, you'd be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project with a focus on its commercial success

1.   Project Planning: You'll work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. This includes creating project plans, timelines, and budgets.

2.   Resource Management: You'll allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and materials, to ensure the project stays on track and within budget.

3.   Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients or customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.

4.   Contract Management: Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the project.

5.   Quality Control: Ensuring that the project meets quality standards and that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

6.   Communication: Facilitating communication among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure everyone is informed and aligned throughout the project.

7.   Problem-solving: Addressing any issues or obstacles that arise during the project, finding solutions quickly to minimize disruption.

8.   Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in project processes and

implementing changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
